Join us for an evening dedicated to creating a safer, more inclusive future for Australians living with food allergy.

The Food Allergy Gala Dinner brings together families, community leaders, healthcare professionals, researchers, industry representatives, policymakers, media, and supporters to celebrate progress while helping shape the future of the Allergy Microbiome Foundation’s work in education, advocacy, research, and community support.

Whether you live with food allergy, care for someone who does, work in healthcare or research, represent industry, or simply believe everyone deserves to participate fully in everyday life without fear of food allergy, this evening is for you.

A highlight of the evening will be the exclusive unveiling of the National Food Allergy Air Travel Survey, providing the first national snapshot of the experiences of Australians travelling with food allergy. The findings will help inform advocacy, raise public awareness, and support meaningful conversations with government, airlines, healthcare professionals, and industry to improve travel safety and accessibility.

The Evening

Set within the iconic Tea Room at Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building, guests will enjoy a beautifully curated allergy-aware dining experience, beverages served throughout the evening, a cash bar for additional drinks, and barista coffee to finish the night.

More than a gala dinner, this is an opportunity to connect with leaders across healthcare, research, government, media, business, and the food allergy community while supporting meaningful change.
